Session refers to a one-on-one coaching, discovery, or consulting engagement that You may book with the Company through the Service or by arrangement with the Company, for a one-time payment or by separate agreement.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
Website refers to Copotential, accessible from https://copotential.com.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable. Under GDPR, You can be referred to as the Data Subject or as the User as you are the individual using the Service.

- Your general availability, shared when You book a Session, which is used to coordinate the specific date, time, and time zone of the Session with You by email
- Usage Data
Personal Data is collected in the following situations:
- When You book a Session: Your name, email address, phone number, and general availability so the Session can be coordinated and scheduled with You.
- When You contact through the contact form on the Website: Your name, email address, phone number, and the content of Your message.
- When You make a payment: all payment processing is handled by the third-party payment processor, Stripe, on Stripe's own website, to which You are redirected from the Service when making a purchase. No payment card information is seen, collected, or stored by the Company, and no payment transaction records are received or retained by the Company; those records are retained by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's own terms and policies.
Your Personal Data is not sold.
This information is used to provide, maintain, and support the Service, to fulfill contractual obligations to You (for example, to deliver a booked Session), and, with Your consent where required, to occasionally notify You about updates or other services offered by the Company.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of the Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, certain information may be collected automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
Tracking Technologies and Cookies
Cookies and similar tracking technologies are used to track activity on the Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used may include beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze the Service.

Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the Service, including to monitor the usage of the Service.
- For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance, and undertaking of the purchase contract for services You have purchased (such as a Session) or of any other contract with the Company through the Service.
- To schedule and conduct booked Sessions: to use Your name, email address, phone number, and the availability You share in order to coordinate, schedule, confirm, reschedule, conduct, and follow up on Sessions You book, primarily by email.
- To enable payments: to direct You to the third-party payment processor (Stripe) so that Your purchase can be completed. Payment is made directly on Stripe's own website; no payment card information is received or processed by the Company.
- To respond to Your inquiry: to reply to Your message submitted through the contact form on the Website.
- To contact You: to contact You by email regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products, or contracted services, including security updates and service announcements, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
- To provide You with news, special offers, and general information about other goods, services, and events which are offered that are similar to those that You have already purchased or enquired about, unless You have opted not to receive such information.
- To manage Your requests: to attend and manage Your requests.
- For business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of Company assets, any Personal Data held may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- For other purposes: Personal Data may be used for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, and to evaluate and improve the Service, products, services, marketing, and Your experience.
Your Personal Data may be shared in the following situations:
- With Service Providers: Personal Data may be shared with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of the Service (for example, Google Analytics, with Your consent where required), to host the Website (Firebase/Google), to direct You to payment processing (Stripe), and to send transactional email.
- For business transfers: In the event of a merger, sale of Company assets, or acquisition, any Personal Data held may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
- With Your consent: Personal Data may be disclosed for any other purpose with Your consent.
Retention of Your Personal Data
Personal Data will be retained only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Personal Data will be retained and used to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce legal agreements and policies.
The following retention periods apply:
Contact form submissions and correspondence: up to 24 months from the date of submission to resolve follow-up inquiries, track service quality, and defend against potential legal claims.
Session booking records (name, email, scheduling information): up to 24 months from the date of the Session to manage follow-up, resolve disputes, and defend against potential legal claims.
Website analytics data (cookies, IP addresses, device identifiers): up to 24 months from the date of collection.
Server logs (IP addresses, access times): up to 24 months for security monitoring and troubleshooting purposes.
Payment and transaction records are not retained by the Company. All payment information is processed and retained by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's own terms and policies and any applicable tax or financial record-keeping obligations.
Personal Data may be retained beyond the periods stated above where required by legal obligation, where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or where You have explicitly requested retention.
When retention periods expire, Personal Data is securely deleted or anonymized. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period consistent with backup retention schedules.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating location and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. This information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of Your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of Your jurisdiction.

Delete Your Personal Data

Please note that certain information may need to be retained where there is a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so (for example, transaction records retained to comply with tax and accounting laws, or information needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims).
Disclosure of Your Personal Data
Business Transactions
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. Notice will be provided before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Payments
The Service offers paid Session bookings. All payments are one-time charges. No subscription-based billing is offered. All payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor.
When You make a purchase, You are redirected from the Service to the third-party payment processor's own website to enter and submit Your payment card details. No payment card information is seen, collected, or stored by the Company, and no payment transaction records are received or retained; those records are retained by the payment processor in accordance with their own terms and policies. The payment processor adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

"Do Not Track" Policy as Required by California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
The Service does not respond to Do Not Track signals. However, some third-party websites do keep track of Your browsing activities. If You are visiting such websites, You can set Your preferences in Your web browser to inform websites that You do not want to be tracked.
Children's Privacy
The Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. No personally identifiable information is knowingly collected from anyone under the age of 16. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Personal Data, please contact the Company. If it becomes known that Personal Data from anyone under the age of 16 has been collected without verification of parental consent, steps will be taken to remove that information.
