The AI Discovery Session is a 45-minute paid engagement priced at $350. It includes a pre-meeting questionnaire, the session itself focused on how your business actually works, and a written assessment delivered afterward with a recommended path forward — whether you continue working with Aldo or not. It is the right starting point for any business that wants to take AI seriously.

What is the AI Adoption Program?

The AI Adoption Program is a hands-on coaching engagement of 8 live online sessions, 45 minutes each. You set the cadence together with Aldo — twice a week over four weeks, or once a week over two months. You choose the team and the function, such as finance, sales, or customer support, and work hands-on with whatever AI tools your team uses, like Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot. It includes check-ins and async support between sessions and a final written assessment with a personalized adoption plan. Priced at $5,000 for a solo leader and $10,000 for a team.

How much does AI coaching with Copotential cost?

The AI Discovery Session is $350. The AI Adoption Program is $5,000 for a solo leader or $10,000 for a team. A single Product Consulting session is $350. Ongoing Product Consulting engagements are $5,600 per week for a Strategic Partner (16 hours per week) and $11,200 per week for an Embedded Partner (32 hours per week). AI Prototypes and Automations are scoped per project.

Does Copotential work with tech startups?

Copotential focuses on businesses where technology is not the core product — companies that have technology but are not building it as their primary offering.
